Not Every Song Says the Quiet Part Out Loud
Sometimes I write about bacon tornadoes.
Sometimes I write about ancient gods.
Sometimes I write about two people sitting on the same bed feeling miles apart.
The mission underneath hasn’t changed.
I don’t have to say “suicide prevention” in every chorus for it to be there.
Mental health isn’t always a hotline number.
Sometimes it’s a feeling.
Sometimes it’s isolation in a crowded room.
Sometimes it’s staying when you don’t feel anything at all.
If you’ve ever been right next to someone and still felt alone —
that’s what the song is about.
Different voices.
Same spine.
We’re still here.
